All of Willa and Delores Jewelry is 100% handmade, so please treat your products with care. However, if repairs are needed please email willaanddelores@gmail.com. We are MORE than happy to repair your item at free of charge! 

R E T U R N S & EXCHANGES 

We want you to love your Willa and Delores Jewelry purchase, so all returns or exchanges are available within 10 days of purchase. Returns are for store credit only. Returns and exchanges are subject to shipping charges. Please email willaanddelores@gmail.com with questions regarding return or exchange policies. 

S H I P P I N G

Due to the 100% handmade nature of Willa & Delores Jewelry, all orders take time to produce. Please allow up to 14-18 days for production of ALL jewelry. Standard shipping adds another 2-3 days. If you would like your order sooner, there are other rush production/ shipping charges available at checkout.

Email willaanddelores@gmail.com ASAP if you have questions about faster production or for any other shipping questions! Most jewelry is shipped within 7 days, we just want to make sure our customers are aware it could take longer!

Since all of our products are handmade and take time to create, all orders cancelled after 10 days of initial order date will be charged $10.
