WHOLESALE ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT:

Opening order minimum: $650
Reorder minimum: $350

TURNAROUND TIME:

The time-frame for all jewelry is around 28-35 days, plus 2-3 days for shipping. Please let us know 3+ weeks in advance for orders. If expedited shipping is needed please let us know and we will work with you to get your Willa & Delores Jewelry to you within your preferred time frame.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING COST:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Orders that are shipped are done so by USPS or UPS mail. All orders will have a flat rate of $20 shipping. This includes packing material, marketing material, and postage for the contents of the box. 

PRODUCT DETAILS/COLORS/SPECIFICATIONS:

At Willa & Delores Jewelry we are obsessed with statement jewelry that suits each season. Each necklace, pair of earrings, and bracelet is handmade in our studio in North Carolina. All jewelry is tested and inspected to assure it meets our quality standards. Please remember that due to the nature of the handmade jewelry, there may be slight variations between pieces. These variations include small different between color and size of ropes and string.

I am VERY flexible when it comes to color combinations, custom orders, and styles. If you ever are wondering if I can make a certain piece just ask! Also, MAKE SURE to tell us if you want a certain color combination!

MARKETING MATERIAL:

We are more than happy to send business cards, tags, earring cards, etc. to help promote our brand. Please ask in advance if you are interested in any of these items. We have found in the past retailers want to use their own tags/ earring cards for the jewelry, so we want to make sure we are not sending unwanted/unused items! 

RETURNS/REPAIRS POLICY:

We are happy to offer exchange within 5 days of you receiving your order. All products must be unused and in the same quality and state as which they were delivered. Please note that once retailer has purchased Jewelry they can not switch them out for different colors.

If items need repairs, we will gladly fix repaired items within 10 days of purchase or under special circumstances.
